103. 5 Steps to a More Fulfilling Life
Why it’s unreasonable not to change

3 or 4 years ago I started jotting down 1 to 2 sentence long thoughts in a notes app. Things that stood out to me as lessons I should remember. The sentences were there as prompts to jog my memory.
What that note became is the first 102 editions of Coffee With Cody. Each week I would open that note and have a look at the next sentence I had previously written. Since much time had passed between the original thought and when I would actually write about it, there were plenty that were deleted and more that were modified, but for the most part, each thought translated well into something I could blog about.
